The kneeling body position gives solo athletes a consistent shape for working on ground-based movement, positional control and repeated technique drills without requiring a training partner for every repetition.
Made from heavy-duty canvas, the dummy is available in 4ft, 5ft and 6ft sizes with several colour combinations. It is supplied unfilled so the user can choose the type and firmness of soft filling.
