The YNR Sport Fitness Canvas Grappling Dummy is a broad-shoulder, double-face unfilled training dummy for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, MMA and other grappling-based martial arts. The human-shaped canvas design gives solo athletes a repeatable training partner for positional drills, transitions and controlled technique practice.
Available in 4ft, 5ft and 6ft sizes, the dummy is supplied unfilled and offered in multiple colour combinations.

Filling Guidance
Use clean, dry, soft filling such as old clothing, towels, shredded textiles or suitable polyfill. Fill the arms and legs gradually before the torso so material is distributed evenly. Do not use metal, wood, stones, sharp objects or other hard filling.
Training & Care
Use on an appropriate mat or training surface and inspect all seams before each session. Wipe the canvas clean as required and ensure the dummy is dry before storage. Stop use if stitching or outer material becomes damaged enough to expose filling.
